When to use a percussion therapy Gun?

Operation of percussion gun

To use the percussion gun  do this, turn it on and spend 90 to 120 seconds moving up and down each muscle group. Change the vibration frequencies until  the desired effect. Throughout the muscle mass, not near any joints. This will help relax muscles.
